The United States Old Catholic Church is coming together in a spirit of compassion and solidarity to support one of our dedicated clergy members who has recently faced reduced work hours and unexpected financial burdens. 

As many know, our clergy serve without any form of compensation, giving their time, heart, and energy freely to care for the spiritual and practical needs of others. When personal challenges arise, it can be difficult to balance service to the community with the reality of mounting bills and daily responsibilities.

That’s why we’re launching this fundraiser — to help lift the weight a little for someone who has poured so much of themselves into ministry. This isn’t just about financial relief; it’s about living our values as a faith community that truly looks after one another. 

Every contribution, no matter the size, helps ensure that our clergy can continue their sacred work of guiding, comforting, and serving others without being overcome by financial stress. 

Together, we can remind our clergy that they are not alone — they are loved, valued, and supported by the people they’ve so faithfully served.

This is not a fundraiser for the Presiding Archbishop.  This is for a clergy member within the church who is in need of immediate financial help.
